Returns

 
We want you to be completely happy with every purchase.  If you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.  If items arrive damaged, please email us within 7 days of receipt at customercare@purplebee.com.  All items that are marked as Final Sale are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.  Gift cards and shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns must be pre-approved by Purple Bee Boutique. Before shipping back your return, send an email to customercare@purplebee.com and let us know which item(s) you are returning and why. We will issue a return authorization number to be included in your return package. Unless goods are damaged when you receive them, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be trackable and insured through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. 

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags and with a copy of your packing slip included so we can process the refund properly. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions.

Once we receive your return we will let you know we received it and your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days.
